July-September 2019: Phase I of HVAC Replacement

Phase I of an HVAC replacement project was finished in the first quarter of FY  2020. Seven condensing RTUs were replaced along with 46 indoor cassette units and associated piping and insulation. More than 50 areas including classrooms, offices, specialty spaces and common areas are impacted by this replacement.

Total amount spent on modernization projects for Jefferson-Houston PreK-8 IB School between July through September 2019: $1,425,787.

$8,000. in additional system wide money has been spent on furniture, fixtures and equipment.
