School Support Team
Contact us with any questions or concerns, we’re here to help you!
The Student Support Team at Jefferson-Houston School includes the School Social Worker, School Counselor, School Nurse and School Psychologist. We are very excited about working with you and supporting your child.
We are here to help your child strengthen the skills necessary to be a successful student. We will provide intervention and group counseling for students who need support throughout the year. Teachers, parents and students may make referrals to the Student Support Team. We will obtain permission from parents before asking a child to participate in lunch bunches and group counseling.
Please feel free to email or call us if you have any questions or concerns in regards to your child’s academic, emotional, or social well-being.
